Directions: Banh Lot flour
- Mix the 300g pack of Banh Lot flour with the food coloring pack (if you want to make white cake, the food coloring pack is not needed), then dissolve it with 900 ml of water, place it on the top with low heat and stir well, when the dough becomes clear, it is done.
- Place a basket with small holes the size of a chopstick on a cold water (or ice water) baht, then pour this hot dough into the basket - tinder sieve, use a ladle to press firmly so that the dough comes out of the holes of the basket falls in stems 3 cm long.
- Banh Lot flour is delicious served with sugar, crushed green beans and boiled coconut milk.
