Recipe Singapore Laska (coconut curry noodle dish)
Ingredients for 3 persons:
1 packet of spice paste for Singapore Laska
2 tbsp vegetable oil
250 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces
330 ml coconut milk
220 ml of water
125 g rice vermicelli or egg noodles, cooked according to the instructions on the package
100 g bean sprouts (blanch and drain) as a garnish.
Preparation :
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the chicken and spice paste and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add the coconut milk and water and let it simmer at low temperature for 5 minutes without a lid.
Pour the whole sauce over the noodles and garnish with the bean sprouts.
