    Sotanghon Monika is glass vermicelli for hot dishes and can also be used for cold dishes such as salads. It is also called so-oen, so-oen, cellophane noodles, which can be used as for soup, stir-fry or as garnish. These noodles are made from mung bean flo

    It is often also used as a filling in Asian snacks such as spring roll or dumpling. It need soak in boiling water for about 2 or 3 minutes.

    Ingredients: mung bean starch 83%, corn starch, water.
