Indonesian Spicy chicken or meat in hot chili paste.
Very spicy dish, but tasty.
How to prepare:
Boil about 500g of cleaned and sliced chicken in plenty of water until it is almost cooked through. (about half the water is left).
Add the DUA KUALI Rica Rica, bring to the boil, stirring occasionally and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
Add some basil leaves when serving.
