Nesia Gula Djawa 250g Palm Sugar

With a knife you cut pieces of the slice or you grate some sugar in the dish. It gives your dish a soft sweet taste and a nice light brown color. If you don't want your dish to get a light brown color, use granulated sugar, but you won't get the authentic taste of the gula Djawa.
