How to make:
Requirements 2 eggs, 75 ml water and 100 ml coconut milk.
Roadmap
1: Beat the eggs with a mixer on the highest speed for 2 minutes until creamy.
2: Add the Pondan Roses steamed cake powder and the 75ml water and beat them well for about 7 minutes until the mixture is thick. Meanwhile, put the steamer on and bring the water to a boil.
3: Add the coconut milk and stir well.
4: Take 5 tablespoons of the mixture, put it in a bowl, then add 1 teaspoon of cocoa and mix well. This mixture serves as the top part of the Bolu Kukus.
5: Fill 3/4 of the cake cups (found in the package) with the white mixture and then add 1 teaspoon of chocolate mixture. Enough for about 20 Bolu Kukus.
6: Let them steam for about 15 minutes on a high heat. Do not remove the lid from the pan during steaming. Then ready to serve
