Karo Light Corn Syrup 473ml

Very versatile to use for baking cakes and making sauces and jams. Also for crispy and sweet chicken dishes are prepared.

This syrup is made from the starch from corn and is used as a sweetener in various products, but also for a number of other reasons. It prevents crystallization of sugar, gives a product volume, the texture becomes softer and ultimately creates more flavor.
In America and South Korea it is used in a great many products, especially in the making of sweets (for example lollipops and confectionery) or during baking.

Ingredients: Corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract (vanilla pods, water, ethyl alcohol).
