Dua Kuali Opor Ayam 50g

Spice mix for Indonesian white curry.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Briefly fry about 400 g of chicken.

Then boil the chicken in about 0.75 It of water until it is done. This will take about ½ hour, half a broth will remain.

Now add the DUA KUALI Bumbu Opor together with a cup of coconut milk and let it simmer gently for 15-20 minutes while stirring. The sauce has now thickened to a fairly thick consistency.

Serve warm with fried onions or garlic flakes and some sambal.
