    shiratamako / Shiratama-Ko mochi refined rice flour is made from real 100% Japanese glutinous rice. It is suitable for making mochi, daifuku, rice balls, among other things, because it contains a high quality glutinous rice. This flour is coarse.

    The flour is the essential ingredient that gives mochi its chewy texture. This rice flour contains no food additives. It has a creamy taste and you will definitely notice the soft, refined and elastic springy and chewy texture of deliciously sweet mochi when you use this.

    Ingredients: 100% Japanese glutinous rice (Glutinous).
