Do not apply this balm directly under the nostrils, on wound, eye / eyelids and other muscle membranes (mucous membranes). For those who have never used this, try it in a small amount first, (safely) adding more balm as needed.
Apply enough balm, rub or massage it in gently. Apply it on the parts of the body, for sensitive body parts like neck, chest, don't apply this balm as much as the other body parts like the skin, leg and arm. If necessary, this balm can be applied to the painful area several times a day. The burning sensation will be more noticeable if the parts of your body are covered with clothing.
- Wash your hand with soap after using this balm.
- If you find this balm too hot, wash the parts of your body with some soap and cold water.
- Not suitable for children under 10 years old.
