Ingredients: Tomato puree, shallots, soybean oil, salt, soy sauce (water, sugar, soybeans, salt, wheat flour), tamarind, garlic, dried shrimp, sugar, red chili, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt).
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 packet of spice paste for nasi goreng
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
250 g peeled shrimps
2 scrambled eggs
600 g (3 cups) of cooked rice
2 tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces
chopped cilantro, mashed red chilli or half an egg for garnish
Preparation :
Heat the oil in a wok at a moderate temperature. Add the shrimps and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Slide the shrimp on one side of the wok and fry the scrambled eggs on the other side. Add the rice and pasta, mix and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the tomato pieces and fry for 1 minute more. Garnish and serve immediately.
